The staff provided really good service throughout my stay. i was greeted warmly upon arrival and all requests were handled efficiently. the hotel offered lovely terraces with comfortable seating, perfect for enjoying the scenery. i particularly enjoyed the excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. The quality was excellent.
the water pressure in the shower was not as strong as i would have liked.

the standard double room included a king-size bed with premium bedding. there was a flat-screen tv with satellite channels and a modern, well-equipped bathroom with complimentary toiletries. the room featured a work desk with an ergonomic chair.

the gardens were immaculate. the staff were lovely and helpful. i enjoyed that the location was superb with tenby beach just a short walk away.
the shower had very little pressure though it still did the job. i found this a little inconvenient.

the hotel is situated in a quiet area. the walk to the town is downhill; however, the return walk is uphill. i observed that it takes approximately 10 minutes to walk to the town with many restaurants.

the breakfast staff were competent and friendly. i could see staff were attentive and welcoming. the reception staff was not always at the desk, which was a bit inconvenient! though they were pleasant.

a few issues detracted from the experience
small bathroominstant coffee
our room seemed overpriced for its size and amenities. i booked a 'superior' room, yet the en-suite bathroom felt cramped. noise from the lounge downstairs was also disruptive. the music persisted until around 11:00 pm. instant coffee in the room reminded me of a cost-cutting measure for a hotel at this price point.
